Senior Process Engineer (m/f/d) for Plastics and Rubber Technology

Your tasks:
- Independent setup, adjustment, and operation of modern injection molding machines (e.g., Arburg and Haitian) and peripheral devices for the production of technically sophisticated plastic parts
- Monitoring, optimization, and documentation of manufacturing processes in German
- Error detection and elimination to ensure smooth production processes
- Carrying out tool sampling and maintenance work on machines and automation technology (e.g., SEPRO arm)
- Mixing and coloring plastics according to specifications
- Assisting with pre-assembly during off-peak times (during fully automatic operation)
What makes you stand out:
- Completed training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, or comparable technical training
- Several years of experience in the field of plastics molding, as well as a sound understanding of technical processes and extensive knowledge of materials
- Knowledge of programming Visual 2 control systems is an advantage
- High quality awareness, precise working style, and team spirit
- Willingness to work 2 shifts
