Stuttgart/Ebersbach, 30.01.2024 – Janina Waßner took up her position as Head of Human Resources at the vacuum cleaner specialist from Ebersbach on January 1. The twenty-seven-year-old is a starmix native.

Janina Waßner has been part of the starmix family since her training as an industrial clerk. After successfully completing her training and further training as an HR specialist with a trainer aptitude test, she was responsible for training commercial trainees. During her many years as an HR officer, she focused on the design and implementation of new HR strategies, the expansion of the employer brand, strategic employee development and the digitalization of HR processes, among other things.
"With Janina Waßner, we are gaining a manager who knows the structures and processes in the company from years of experience. Her in-depth expertise in operational and strategic HR work makes her the ideal candidate for the position," says Roman Gorovoy, Managing Director of ELECTROSTAR/starmix.
