BAU 2025: ELECTROSTAR/starmix with powerful helpers against construction dust and new products

Trade fair appearance

Stuttgart/Ebersbach, 27.11.2024   The world's leading trade fair for architecture, materials and systems will take place in Munich from January 13 to 17, 2025. The international specialist for vacuum cleaners and dust extractors will also be there, presenting a broad portfolio of high-performance appliances. The focus will be on helpers that make work on construction sites easier and contribute to health protection.

“Construction dust of all kinds is often not perceived as a health risk or is dismissed as unavoidable. That's why our trade fair appearance this time is entirely dedicated to health protection on the construction site,” explains Florenz Stetter, Head of Product Management at ELECTROSTAR/starmix. After all, measures to protect against construction dust do not have to be complicated or expensive. In many cases, simple means are sufficient to achieve a lasting effect for the health protection of employees.

Simple solutions for construction dust

The appliances from the starmix iPulse vacuum cleaner range, which are available in all dust classes (L, M and H), will also be on show at the stand of the long-established Swabian company. The range also includes a version for asbestos dust (dust class H asbestos). The appliances in the series are equipped with automated electromagnetic pulse filter cleaning, which is carried out during operation without interrupting work and without any loss of suction power.
As a practical and compatible addition to the vacuum cleaners, the Dustfixx pre-separator is part of the trade fair program. It is designed for very dust-intensive work and relieves the main filter of the appliance. Depending on the type of dust, it separates up to 99 % of the vacuumed dust before it enters the vacuum cleaner and clogs the filter. The Dustfixx can be connected to starmix vacuum cleaners from the iPulse, ISC and uClean series as well as to many appliances from other manufacturers.

Little helper and new product

The smallest, but no less effective, helper in the starmix trade fair portfolio is the Bohrfixx 60 Plus. The drill hole extraction system is compatible with all standard suction sockets and adheres to walls or ceilings by itself thanks to the negative pressure. This means that drilling or smaller sanding jobs can be carried out dust-free and without the help of another person. Last but not least, a product premiere is also on the agenda: “We are delighted to be presenting a new product for the first time and exclusively at BAU 2025 that is new to the starmix portfolio,” says Florenz Stetter. This new product also focuses on protection against construction dust.
