For the toughest continuous use, for connection to the power tool and direct extraction of hazardous fine dusts during drilling, milling, grinding and sawing work, concrete, plaster, stone, cement, wood, paints, varnishes (hazardous dusts, dust class "H").
A highly intelligent electronic system measures the negative pressure before and after the filter (pressure difference measurement "DDM"). As soon as the vacuum falls below the factory-set value, the impulse filter cleaning system switches on automatically and cleans both filters one after the other within 3.5 seconds, without interrupting work. Even the most difficult fine and problematic dusts - such as gypsum - are easily removed from the filters.

Eine intelligente Elektronik misst mittels Sensoren vor und nach dem Filter den Unterdruck (DDM). Sobald der werkseitig eingestellte Differenz-Unterdruckwert erreicht wird, schaltet sich automatisch die Impuls-Filterreinigung ein und reinigt mit elektromagnetischen Stößen nacheinander in je ca. 3,5 Sekunden die beiden Filterkassetten. Den dabei einwirkenden Kräften - das über 300-fache der Erdbeschleunigung (300 g) - kann selbst Problemstaub wie Gips nicht standhalten.
Einfacher und sauberer Zugang zu den Filterkassetten. Keine Berührung mit Schmutz oder Staub beim Filterwechsel.
Schlagfeste, extrem robuste Konstruktion. Einfaches, schnelles Entleeren durch glatte Innenwände. Sehr standfest mit großen Rädern und Lenkrollen.
Optimales Staub-Füllvolumen mit dem starmix-Drehschieber. Die Verwendung eines PE-Entleerbeutels erfordert andere Luftverhältnisse im Behälter als Vliesfilterbeutel. Mit dem genial einfachen Drehschieber können durch Umlegen des Schiebers beide Beutel (je nach Anwendungsvorschrift verwenden!) benutzt werden.
