Your tasks
- Assistance with operational IT support
- Ordering, setting up and administering the necessary hardware and software
- Assistance in processing faults and enquiries with subsequent problem solving
- Creation and maintenance of documentation
- Participation in system and network-related IT projects
Our requirements
- Degree programme with a focus on computer science, business informatics or similar
- ideally initial knowledge of IT support or user support
- good knowledge of MS Office programmes
- Independent and reliable way of working and ability to work in a team
- analytical understanding and passion for IT
- very good German and good written and spoken English skills
