Your tasks

  • Participation in the existing complaints process (REM) as well as its further development and optimization
  • Support of the REM, related to the most common Q-methods (5-Why, PLS, etc.)
  • Participation in training documents on the above-mentioned topics
  • Recording and evaluation of quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs) Support and comparison of already established REM providers on the market

Our requirements

  • Degree in (business) informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
  • First hands-on experience in the field of complaints management
  • Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong team communication skills
  • Independent and structured way of working
