Your tasks
- Participation in the existing complaints process (REM) as well as its further development and optimization
- Support of the REM, related to the most common Q-methods (5-Why, PLS, etc.)
- Participation in training documents on the above-mentioned topics
- Recording and evaluation of quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs) Support and comparison of already established REM providers on the market
Our requirements
- Degree in (business) informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
- First hands-on experience in the field of complaints management
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong team communication skills
- Independent and structured way of working
