Your tasks
- Development and expansion as well as management of the IT landscape and all other IT topics (infrastructure, communication, hardware and software procurement)
- Development and implementation of system and program enhancements in cooperation with external service providers
- Ensuring high standards of availability, performance and data security of IT systems in compliance with legal requirements and data protection
- Ensuring cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and IT systems
- Establishing IT as a driver of modernization and change within the company
- Responsibility for the IT regular operation at the location Ebersbach (140 users)
- Successful establishment and expansion of IT at the new location in the Czech Republic
- Participation in the operational work of the IT team (1st, 2nd and 3rd level support)
Our requirements
- Successfully completed training in the IT environment or IT studies
- Several years of professional experience in the IT area of a manufacturing company, combined with sound knowledge of ongoing system administration, ideally in a medium-sized company
- Profound knowledge of IT systems, IT technologies as well as infrastructures
- Experience in the implementation of an ERP system or other large enterprise software
- Experience in the further development, modernization and optimization of IT systems and IT infrastructures
- Knowledge of planning, budgeting and controlling process flows as well as project planning and documentation
- Hands-on mentality with strong self-motivation as well as a sense for business contexts
- Very good knowledge of German & good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
