Your tasks
- Planning, controlling and monitoring production processes
- Ensuring and further developing quality standards and production targets
- Leading and motivating the entire production team consisting of assembly, injection molding, industrial engineering and production control
- Optimization of processes in the entire production area, taking into account lean principles to increase efficiency and productivity
- Technological development of the entire production area through automation and LCA
- Responsible design and support of relocation projects
- Participation in development projects
Our requirements
- Degree in engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a manager, ideally in assembly and injection molding
- Strong leadership and communication skills with high social competence and hands-on mentality
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in lean management, process optimization and CIP concepts and process optimization
- Knowledge in the use of ERP systems and confident handling of Office applications
